Build Europe's independent AI capability with us.
Nordflak is developing a Swedish AI service for businesses, built entirely on European technology and infrastructure.
Our starting point is simple: European businesses should be able to use modern AI without making their operations dependent on non-European cloud, model or identity platforms.
Generative AI is becoming critical infrastructure. Today it is controlled from the wrong continent.
Generative AI is rapidly becoming a central part of business infrastructure. At the same time, large parts of the market depend on a small number of non-European providers.
For European businesses, this entails risks related to:
- vendor dependency
- geopolitics and trade policy
- legal control
- data handling
- continuity
- long-term technological independence
Nordflak is built for businesses that want to reduce these risks without giving up useful generative AI.
An independent AI workspace for businesses.
The service already includes a working private test version with AI chat, personal login, saved conversation history, analysis of files and images, and TOTP-based two-factor authentication.
The AI model, inference, data storage, authentication and core operational functions are located and controlled within Europe.
Recurring revenue per user.
Nordflak is planned as a subscription service for businesses, priced per user and month.
The revenue model is based on recurring subscription revenue per user, together with enterprise agreements for larger organisations.
Swedish and European businesses that require control.
Nordflak is aimed primarily at businesses that:
- handle sensitive or business-critical information
- want to reduce their dependence on non-European technology platforms
- need a controlled AI service for their employees
- work with documents, analysis and internal knowledge
- prioritise continuity and European control
Particularly relevant audiences include knowledge-intensive businesses, technical consultancies, industry, legal services, life sciences and regulated organisations.
Live as a private test environment. Moving into the pilot phase.
Nordflak's core functions are live in a private test environment. The next steps are to:
- invite the first external pilot companies
- validate use cases and willingness to pay
- further develop company administration and collaboration features
- prepare for a broader commercial launch
Investors and partners who share our view of European independence.
We are interested in hearing from investors and strategic partners who share our view of European digital independence. We are particularly looking for people and organisations with experience of:
- B2B SaaS
- AI and European infrastructure
- enterprise sales
- information security
- regulated markets
- international expansion
The capital will primarily be used for product development, European operational capacity and the commercial launch.
Build the next step with Nordflak
Nordflak was founded and is developed by Magnus Franzén. A working test version is already live. The next step is to strengthen the product, validate it with pilot customers and prepare for the commercial launch.
